Our latest residence stacks two cantilevered volumes above a lit pool court — designed and built by the same studio team.
We are delighted to share the completion of the Private Residency in New Delhi, designed and built end-to-end by the SFracta team.
The home stacks a stone-clad upper floor over fully glazed living spaces that open onto a pool court, with timber screens and warm lighting giving it a calm presence after dark.
Thank you to our clients for their trust, and to every craftsperson who helped bring the house to life.
